Despite the many established business benefits of adopting a comprehensive, proactively managed IT service program, there are still some client environments that require IT support services delivered on a pay as you go “break/fix” basis. To address the needs of these environments, iTeam Technology still offers a full range of IT support services delivered on an “as needed” per diem basis.
Per Diem IT support services are offered at our standard billing rates ($150.00 > $200.00/Hour) and must be requested at least one full business day in advance of service delivery.

If you are not an existing iTeam client that wishes to place an IT support request with us, please complete and submit the iTeam Service Request Form below and include all required information so that we may set up a service account for your company on our system. A representative will contact you upon receipt to establish a service account for your company.
Please note that there is a one hour minimum ($150.00) service fee for all “per diem” support services. Alternatively, you may contact us at 212-626-0900 to speak with a sales representative in order to establish a managed service account with us.
