Sid M. Edelstein is the President and founding Partner of iTeam Technology Associates, LLC.  Prior to forming iTeam Technology Associates, Sid M. Edelstein was a Principal with the accounting firm of Cornick, Garber & Sandler, LLP. He was the firm’s Information Technology Director for over 15 years and the founder of CGSolutions, Inc., the firm’s business technology consulting practice. He is an Associate Member of the New York State Society of CPA’s (NYSSCPA) and has been a presenter at numerous financial and accounting industry technology conferences.

Mr. Edelstein has over 20 years of professional experience in the information technology consulting arena and specializes in the fields of IT Governance, Regulatory Compliance and Business Continuity planning. He has authored and contributed to numerous articles published in accounting and technology journals including The CPA Journal and Accounting Technology.

Scot has joined iTeam Technology’s management team as a partner in charge of internal technical operations and cyber security.  He has over twenty years of hands on professional and technical experience managing large scale enterprise class IT architecture environments and global network infrastructure deployments.  He is a master level IT technician with a broad and diversified knowledge base across all modern IT infrastructures and operational platforms with a professional concentration in the fields of advanced cyber security and investigative computer forensics.

Wayne Cullen
Network Administration & Help Desk Services

Wayne Cullen, joined iTeam in July 2006.  Wayne has over 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft network administration and user help desk support services. He is proficient in a broad range of IT administration and support functions and specializes in the administration and support of Microsoft’s family of Windows network operating systems and desktop productivity applications. He provides first tier client technical support services for iTeam’s clients on numerous IT technologies including:

• PC and network hardware installation, troubleshooting and maintenance
